BOAT SLIP AGREEMENT
Shore Power Solutions, LLC will provide a wetslip to allow CLIENT to have services performed on their vessel at Boat Slip 3H in Piney Narrows Yacht Haven Condominium. This slip is provided to reduce costs associated with travel time and mileage charges and to allow more efficient and cost-effective repairs.
CLIENT acknowledges that client is prohibited from staying overnight in the facility.
CLIENT must have proper insurance for their vessel.
CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that Shore Power Solutions, LLC will be held harmless in the event any damages occur to any person or materials or vessel while occupying, entering or exiting the boat slip.
CLIENT acknowledges that the slip is being provided as a courtesy with no charges while work is being performed. It’s use is not required in order to obtain our services as we still offer mobile services.
CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that if vessel is left more than 24 hours after completion, a charge of $50 per day will be incurred, unless other arrangements have been made with Shore Power Solutions, LLC. If your vessel remains longer than the scheduled time, SPS has the right to remove it with 24 hours notice at the client’s expense.
CLIENT acknowledges that slip availability is limited and needs to be scheduled in advance. Slip scheduling must be strictly followed. If it is not, other accommodations will be made at client’s expense.
CLIENT acknowledges that client will be held solely responsible for any damages caused by client or client’s vessel by any means to our slip, marina property or to any slipholder’s property.

Size restriction: Vessel may not exceed 60’ length and 17’9” width and a maximum height of 19’
Water, shore power and dock lines are provided. This is a private, gated marina. Vehicle access will be granted at gate by indicating your affiliation with Shore Power Solutions.
